Saari is an experience management leader and enthusiast, passionate about helping organizations to leverage XM capabilities to deliver amazing experiences and achieve differentiation in the marketplace. She meets clients where they are in their XM journey to help them design, manage, and optimize solutions that accelerate their organization’s maturity and realize meaningful results.
Saari has worked in the experience management discipline for more than 18 years, building and leading XM efforts for multiple organizations. Prior to joining Walker in 2022 she was the client experience leader at a top 20 accounting and advisory firm where she was responsible for setting strategy, creating awareness for XM principles, ensuring effective collection and distribution of insights, and working cross-functionally to establish performance measures and drive action. Saari’s key focus areas are XM strategy and change management, listening programs, and metrics and insights.
Achievements and Affiliations
Saari is a Certified Customer Experience Professional, an XM Scientist, and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a graduate certificate in business intelligence and analytics from the University of Arizona. She is an active member of the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA) and an advisory member for the University of Richmond Customer Experience Certificate program. In 2019 she was named a finalist by the CXPA for the CX Impact Award – Outstanding Practitioner.
In her spare time, Saari contributes to XM in her community as a volunteer with a national nonprofit, providing mentoring and guidance to aspiring and current small business owners in the areas of marketing and customer experience.
